We will be hosting the virtual cross world event there, and you’ll have the chance to meet other kettlebell enthusiasts, push yourself and measure yourself against the rest of the world if you want to. The crowd will cheer you on!

You’ve never lifted before? kb-nerd

No problem, I’ll be there to teach basic technique and give tips before the start of the lifting event at 4.30pm. We have had people do this before with no experience whatsoever.

As long as you’re able to lift your arms over your head and have a pulse, the only requirements are a positive attitude, willpower and toughness.

Still hesitating? Don’t! Come and try it!

Forget about not being ready for it. That’s a pathetic excuse. Guess what? We are rarely ready for anything, and if we always wait to be ready to act, we miss out on opportunities.

You’ll have the opportunity to get a feel for the sport of kettlebell lifting, with modified rules for beginners. You’re allowed to choose the kettlebell weight you lift with and whether you want to go 5 or 10 minutes. It doesn’t get simpler than this.
