This post is for the kettlebell nazis out there who seem to think that if you lift kettlebells in any other way than the traditional GS competition lifts, you are not worthy of the mighty bells.
That’s just plain BS, and those people can’t be much fun to party with.
The guy below has inspired me with many tricks, and has told me he’s not at all into GS.
Some of the best kettlebell jugglers, like Oksana Nikifor, only compete in juggling events.
Be free to do whatever you want with your bells. Do not follow blindly. Let your creativity flow!
The sun is shinning today, I’m heading out to throw those bells.

These are great Thierry. I love to practice kettlebell juggling although not fantastic.
I found kettlebells through the Kettleworx system and still thoroughly enjoy it now, its a different was to use bells thats all. Although lots of people have laughed at the workouts, they really kick ass and make you work very hard. I lost 3 stone ( 42lb ) using the system so whats to laugh about.
Really enjoy the post mate – nice one.
Congrats mate!
Some people turn into clones when it comes to kettlebells, it is amazing… I wonder if ballroom dancers take as much piss and criticize those who do Zumba.
We’re talking about a fringe sport and people take it way too seriously!
