My Mission

Through quality information, resources and education I plan to promote kettlebells in Denmark as an efficient tool for sports clubs and fitness centres.

I also wish to develop kettlebells as sport in Scandinavia.

My Vision

I want to become Denmark’s leading kettlebell trainer and educator, and to coach competitive athletes at the international level.

My Training Philosophy

I believe a good training program should increase health and well-being, strength, endurance, flexibility and athletic abilities while improving body composition.

For me functional training is primordial. By that, I mean  training that has carry over to other activities and daily life, not balancing on Swiss ball while doing squats.

Training should be fun and challenging, so that it becomes an enjoyable and rewarding lifestyle and not a chore.

Kettlebells can deliver results when used the right way.

I incorporate different modalities and tools in my training, and stay active with outdoor activities such as mountain biking, scuba diving and skiing.

In my opinion, joint mobilization is essential to good health, recovery and graceful movements. This is always incorporated in my training.
